We’re excited to announce the First Annual Emmaus Rotary Summer Festival happening on May 31, 2025 at Emmaus Community Park. This brand-new event promises to attract families, friends, and neighbors
from across the East Penn Area for a day of fun, food, and community connection- and we’d love for you to be part of it!
We’re offering ARTISANS an opportunity to secure a space for just $50 for a 10x10 space FOR EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION.. The event is rain or shine and outdoors.
( no electricity available) . Even better, if you join us this year, you’ll lock in this discounted rate of $50 for next year’s festival too!

Terms and Conditions/information
SUMMER FESTIVAL 2025 ARTISANS Rules/Regulations/Terms and Conditions
Please read our rules carefully. This show will enforce booth and displays to create an attractive environment.
- All items must be American made.
- Craftsmen must refrain from smoking, eating or drinking, and using cell phone for non-business purposes while at your stand. This detracts from the visual impression.
- Artisans may use their own tables and displays of a commercial grade tent. Each space will be 10x10. We recommend weights, stakes, and tiedowns—in case of wind/rain.
- Set up will begin at 6 am . Check in will be at the Entrance to Emmaus Community park and each vendor will be directed to a parking area and assigned a booth number. You will receive any further information at check in.
- No free standing board signage outside of your space area. You may not display items or put anything in front of or outside the back of your tent.
- Please display your booth name and number sign clearly.
- Each Artist will leave their site in the same condition as when they first arrived. Place all trash in trash bins provided in leaving the grounds.
- Artisans may not have pets on the festival grounds
- Open flames are not permitted on the grounds.
- REFUND POLICY. We will notify you by May 1 of your acceptance. We will not issue refunds for any reason after acceptance letters have been sent.
- All Artists MUST be set up and ready to exhibit by 10 am. ( set up begins at 6 am) All artists MUST stay the entire event from 10 am- 8 pm
- Each Vendor is responsible for keeping their site clean and leaving their site clean.
WORKERS COMPENSATION
Vendor maintains Workers compensation insurance as required to the provisions of Pennsylvania Workers Compensation Laws.
CERTIFICATION/HOLD HARMLESS /INSURANCE CLAUSE
Vendor warrants that it is and will be at all times during said event in full compliance with all applicable laws regulations and ordinances Vendor, his successor’s heirs, assigns, executors and administrators shall defend and hold harmless the Emmaus Rotary and Emmaus Borough from claims and liability, contingent and otherwise for injury to or death of any person or damage to real or personal property arising in or by reasons of or in connection with the vendor’s negligence, whether sole or jointly and vendor shall pay all judgements, interest, costs, legal and other expenses arising out of or in connection herewith. Unless Otherwise agreed in writing by the Emmaus Rotary or Emmaus borough vendor shall furnish the Emmaus Rotary with a comprehensive policy for public liability insurance insuring the Emmaus Rotary and its agents, officers and employees against claims of liability, contingent and otherwise for injury, death, damage or by reason of or in connection with the vendor’s negligence to defend against all such claims, demands, action or legal proceedings and to pay all costs arising out of or in connection therewith. The limits of liability of such policy shall not be less than $1,000,000.00 combined single limits for bodily injury and/or damage.
Vendor has read Certification/hold harmless and herein executes same and warrants the undersigned is duly authorized to act for the vendor as set forth herein.
