Past Rotary District Governor Linda Young presents Emmaus Rotary Immediate Past President Jeff McElhaney, Jr. with the Presidential Citation Award. As President of the 2016-2017 Rotary year, Jeff and his club completed a set of criteria proposed by The President of Rotary International. Jeff's theme as President was "Serving Humanity" and he certainly accomplished his goal as honored by this Presidential Citation.
